Owner and operator of Minnick's Restaurant and Catering Service. Member, Democratic State Central Committee, Baltimore County, 1986. Member, Baltimore County Licensed Beverage Association (president, 1975-76); Restaurant Association of Maryland (board of directors, 1990-92). Member, Post no. 6694, Veterans of Foreign Wars; Post no. 38, American Legion; Knights of Columbus. Married; three children.
