CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS

Question 1:
VICTIMS' RIGHTS

Establishes that crime victims have a right to be treated with respect and sensitivity throughout the criminal justice process; a right under certain circumstances to be notified of, to attend, and to be heard at, a criminal justice proceeding; and a right to be notified of these rights. No money claim or right to stay proceedings arises from this article.

Question 2:
APPEALS' COURT CIRCUITS

Alters the boundaries of the circuits from which members of the Court of Appeals are appointed; provides that the terms of current members shall not be affected and that certain members shall be deemed to be serving from certain circuits; specifies certain eligibility, appointment, and continuation in office provisions for certain judges.

Question 3:
JUDGES - MANDATORY RETIREMENT

Alters the mandatory retirement age for a judge from 70 to 75, if the public is notified, and if a majority of the judges of the Court of Appeals annually certifies that the judge is physically, mentally, and temperamentally qualified to continue to perform the duties of the office.
